3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order, at the latest when the goods are shipped.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices.
PackRelax applies the small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 of the German VAT Act. Therefore, VAT is not charged or shown separately.
Additional shipping costs may apply. Any shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown in the online shop and during the checkout process.
Payment processing is carried out by the respective payment service provider selected by the customer.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse partners to ensure fast delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier and destination country. The applicable delivery times are shown in the online shop, on the product page or during the checkout process.
Partial deliveries may occur, provided they are reasonable for the customer.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract.
11. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
