Return and Refund Policy / Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or to goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
